The Process
- Choose the service(s) and pick an available time
- We will contact you to confirm the time that you have chosen.
- Ensure that the property is photo ready: 1) Clean and tidy, 2) all lights turned on and 3) all windows closed. Also, if there are any common or community areas that you require photographed, please inform photographer upon arrival.
- Depending on the service chosen, please make sure the property can be made available for the required time as noted in the service description (e.g. 45 minutes for standard photo shoot)
- One of our photographers will show up to the property at the scheduled time.
- He/she may require rooms to be completely vacant while 3D scanning takes place.
- Once the photographer has completed the job, the photos/videos are taken back to the computer lab and digitally processed. This can take up to 3 days depending on how may pictures were taken and/or how much video footage was shot.
- The end product will be delivered to you in the fashion that has been agreed upon. Depending on the service(s) chosen, this could be, but is not limited to, any or all of the following: web url, cloud storage, usb drive, DVD.
